Position Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and executing the company’s marketing and communications activities, with a strong focus on social media content creation, brand visibility, and in-house development of marketing materials. This role plays a key part in supporting product launches, trade shows, dealer marketing, and digital campaigns within the windows and doors industry, ensuring consistent brand presence across all channels. 

This is a full-time, onsite position. The role requires a hands-on, creative, and highly organized individual who can manage multiple priorities, work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners, and independently drive marketing initiatives from concept through execution. Occasional travel may be required to support trade shows, showroom events, and other marketing activities. 

Key Responsibilities:    
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, showroom events, promotional activities, and new product launches, including logistics, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
  • Develop and assist in the creation of marketing materials including sales collateral and trade show assets.
  • Lead and continuously improve social media presence by creating, scheduling, and managing engaging and creative content (written, graphic, and video), along with email campaigns, website updates, and other digital promotional materials to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
  • Work with external partners and suppliers including creative agencies and printing houses to source, develop, approve, and launch marketing and product materials.
  • Plan and coordinate marketing campaign rollouts across multiple projects, tracking deliverables, timelines, vendor deadlines, and launch requirements to ensure on-time execution.
  • Organize and manage distribution of marketing collateral for showrooms and dealer networks.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, contact databases, and coordinate activities between internal teams and external vendors.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent application of brand standards across all marketing materials, digital content, and external communications.
  • Maintain, organize, and version-control marketing assets including product photography, renderings, brochures, floor plans, and brand files, ensuring accessibility for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support marketing performance reporting by gathering data from campaigns, website analytics, email marketing, and CRM systems, and assisting in preparing dashboards and summaries.
  •  Identify, develop, and maintain influencer and industry partnerships to support long-term brand visibility and engagement.
  • Perform other related duties as required to support the marketing function and evolving business needs.

Knowledge & Skills: 
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience considered an asset, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or home improvement industries.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify technical product information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Canva, HubSpot, and basic video editing software.
  • Self-starter with strong execution skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High attention to detail with a process-oriented mindset and commitment to maintaining marketing accuracy and consistency.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.

Working Conditions: 
  • The duties of this position will be carried out from Stage Windows & Doors office – Concord, Vaughan, during regular business hours. 
  • A reliable vehicle is required as occasional travel to other sites or facilities may be necessary.
